The process is simple. The APP links in directly with your website and notifies you whenever someone is online browsing your website. From there, you simply login to the APP, and chat to the person who is there! This is especially powerful when you link it to your FitbizCRM. You can capture entire conversations, log them, timestamp them and set a reminder for a scheduled follow up.
